Elevated PT - Golf Seminar
Tuesday, June 4 | 4 pm We are partnering with Elevated PT for a special complimentary seminar to make sure your body is in prime playing conditions. The staff of Elevated PT will demonstrate the proper techniques when your swing doesn't feel just right. Even though the course is closed for aerification, this doesn't mean your golf game stops. This educational seminar is just what you need. At Elevated PT, they specialize in providing high-quality physical therapy and performance training services, catering specifically to the active adult population who enjoy golf, running, or playing tennis/pickleball. HIIT Class With Karen G.
HIIT Class Tuesday's at 6:00 pm | January 4th - February 8th Tuesday nights at 6 pm, we have added a brand new format of training to the schedule in our fitness center. This exciting training is called HIIT! High-Intensity Interval Training includes cardio segments, strength segments and tabatas to give each participant a high-calorie burn and resistance training. Each HIIT class is 50-60 minutes in length and will be held in the group exercise room. Sessions are for 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. ZUMBA with Grenna
Zumba's most well-known and popular program is its namesake class, Zumba. This dance class feature high and low intensity intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength through the application of beginner- accessible choreography. You don't need any special dance skills. Classes typically consist of Latin-inspired songs, starting with a slower warm up song, building intensity throughout the workout, and ending with a cool-down song. Even if you're not a strong dancer, the choreography is repetitive and designed to be built upon, so most people will catch on to the moves as they go.

HIIT Class Tuesday's at 6:00 pm | January 4th - February 8th Tuesday nights at 6 pm, we have added a brand new format of training to the schedule in our fitness center. This exciting training is called HIIT! High-Intensity Interval Training includes cardio segments, strength segments and tabatas to give each participant a high-calorie burn and resistance training. Each HIIT class is 50-60 minutes in length and will be held in the group exercise room. Sessions are for 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. HIIT Class Tuesday's at 6:00 pm | January 4th - February 8th Tuesday nights at 6 pm, we have added a brand new format of training to the schedule in our fitness center. This exciting training is called HIIT! High-Intensity Interval Training includes cardio segments, strength segments and tabatas to give each participant a high-calorie burn and resistance training. Each HIIT class is 50-60 minutes in length and will be held in the group exercise room. Sessions are for 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. ZUMBA with Grenna
Zumba's most well-known and popular program is its namesake class, Zumba. This dance class feature high and low intensity intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength through the application of beginner- accessible choreography. You don't need any special dance skills. Classes typically consist of Latin-inspired songs, starting with a slower warm up song, building intensity throughout the workout, and ending with a cool-down song. Even if you're not a strong dancer, the choreography is repetitive and designed to be built upon, so most people will catch on to the moves as they go.

We have our very own Peyton Debruin here to ensure our girls enjoy the game of golf while having fun. Kids' Club Tuesday-Saturday 4:30-9:30pm Kids' Club hours of operation will be Tuesday-Saturday from 4:30pm-9:30pm. Our childcare service is available to Members and their guests with children 2 years to age 12. (MUST be potty trained) So that we may better serve you, reservations for use of Kids' Club will be required. HIIT Class Tuesday's at 6:00 pm | January 4th - February 8th Tuesday nights at 6 pm, we have added a brand new format of training to the schedule in our fitness center. This exciting training is called HIIT! High-Intensity Interval Training includes cardio segments, strength segments and tabatas to give each participant a high-calorie burn and resistance training. Each HIIT class is 50-60 minutes in length and will be held in the group exercise room. Sessions are for 6 weeks on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm. This dance class feature high and low intensity intervals that help improve cardiovascular fitness while also enhancing balance coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength through the application of beginner- accessible choreography. You don't need any special dance skills. Classes typically consist of Latin-inspired songs, starting with a slower warm up song, building intensity throughout the workout, and ending with a cool-down song. Even if you're not a strong dancer, the choreography is repetitive and designed to be built upon, so most people will catch on to the moves as they go.
