Scott is an industry veteran, previously serving as General Manager of White Columns Country Club, Golf Club of Georgia, Ancala Country Club in Scottsdale. Scott oversaw Brookfield Country Club’s reinvention in 2016 and enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with The Country Club of the South. Scott received his business degree from Auburn University and currently resides in Alpharetta with his wife, Jill, and their four children.
Johnna is a native of Lexington, Kentucky and received her bachelor’s degree in business and marketing from the University of Kentucky. She has lived in the North Atlanta area for 24 years and previously worked for The Country Club of Roswell where she served as Membership Director for 5 years and Fitness & Communications Director for 3 years. Johnna earned her Marketing Certification from the Private Club Marketing Association and is Secretary of the Atlanta Chapter. She also has an extensive background in the fitness industry where she owned and managed fitness clubs as well as taught fitness classes. She has 3 sons and her youngest son is a junior at Georgia Tech. She enjoys adventure hiking with her family and working on her cabin in Blueridge, Georgia.
Britney was born and raised in Atlanta. She graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder. She has been at The Country Club of the South for almost 15 years, starting as the Member Relations Director then changing roles to the Private Events Director. She loves working with the members to create their magic moments and milestone events perfect! She lives in Roswell with her husband, Rob and big baby Riley, her St. Bernard.
A native of Merida Yucatan Mexico, Rafael graduated from the University of Yucatan with a degree in Hospitality. Rafael began his career as a Server and in 2006 was promoted to his current position. In planning weddings and other private events, Rafael enjoys creating magic moments for Members and guests by assisting them with every detail of their special day.
Amy was born and raised in Atlanta and has been in the events & hospitality industry for over ten years. She previously worked for Ann Taylor Loft planning philanthropic events benefitting St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Amy served as the Operations Coordinator at The Fox Theatre for four years working with events, staff training, and organizational operations. Amy has a Master of Science degree in Conflict Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Kennesaw State University. She joined the team at The Country Club of the South in 2018 as a Member Services Representative and was promoted to Member Experience Director after a few months. She was awarded ClubCorp’s National Rising Star Award in 2018 and Team of Excellence in 2019. When she is not at work, Amy enjoys live music, baking cupcakes, and still planning events just for friends & family instead.
Oscar came to The Country Club of the South after a nineteen-year career with Hyatt Hotels. Most recently, he was the Director of Operations at the Hyatt Regency Coral Gables and has worked at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa, Hyatt Regency Chicago, and Hyatt Regency O'Hare. He is a graduate from Eastern Michigan University in Hotel Restaurant Management and has a wife, Eileen, two children and three grandchildren.
Steve has been in the golf industry for over ten years now. He started his golf industry career at Cherokee Town &
Country Club in Atlanta, Georgia. Steve accepted the position of First Assistant at The Country Club of the South in April of 2006 before being promoted to Head Golf Professional in June of 2010 under the new ownership of ClubCorp. Prior to his career in the golf industry, Steve spent eight years in the United States Marine Corps followed by a career in the
Transportation and Logistics Management industry as an Operations Manager after an Honorable Discharge from the Marine Corps. Steve lives in East Cobb with his two wonderful daughters.
Joe comes to The Country Club of the South from Columbus, Ohio where he supported local and national employer groups with initiatives to build and develop worksite fitness programs. He is an ACE certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach. Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University where he was also a competitive rower. Joe enjoys using his education and experience to construct holistic fitness and wellness plans.
Joe prides himself on keeping up with current research and practical implications of evidence-based protocols he incorporates into instruction. Joe has a passion for comprehensively improving the lives of those he instructs through building strength, energy, and confidence. He is excited to join the team at The Country Club of the South and bring these passions to life through the fitness and wellness of members!
I started working for ClubCorp in 1996 on Hilton Head and was promoted/transferred to several properties in different states over the course of 20 years, serving in various accounting roles, including at Country Club of the South. I was in a Regional position when I left in 2017 to help my husband with his business only to realize how much I missed my friends and colleagues at ClubCorp. I was very happy to return to CCS in April 2019 and essentially pick up where I left off. I reside in Buford with my husband, 2 daughters, 4 cats and the coolest dog on the planet.

From Louisville, KY, Don graduated from Fern Creek High School and has been in the hospitality business for twenty-five years. Don has mastered the art of hospitality and leadership with his warm personality, attention to detail, and eagerness to serve the members. This has earned Don numerous awards including three ClubCorp National All-Star Awards which is the highest employee award attainable within ClubCorp. Don currently resides in Norcross, GA and enjoys taking care of his home, enjoying the outdoors, visiting family and working out.
William discovered his passion for golf course maintenance while working a summer job at Woodhaven Country Club in Upstate New York. He attended the University of Georgia and began his career at Chestatee Golf Club in Dawsonville, GA which was named “Top 100 Best Places to Play” while William oversaw the course. He has completed five golf course grow ins during his career taking part in building, construction, and renovation of courses. He became the
Second Assistant at Gold Creek Club after assisting in the construction of the course and was then offered the Senior Assistant position at the Chimneys Golf Club in Winder. After years as the Golf Course Superintendent at Eagle’s Landing and The Country Club of Gwinnett, William came to The Country Club of the South in 2015.
Chef Matt grew up in Chicago, IL, and found his passion for the kitchen and cooking when he was just 15 years old. Matt graduated with a Culinary Arts degree from Kendall College in Chicago. He began his early professional career working for several high-end, high-volume steakhouses in Chicago. Matt achieved his first Executive Chef position with Wildfire Steakhouse, and subsequently moved to Atlanta in 2006 to open a new location. Matt worked for Ray’s Restaurants before joining the Country Club of the South in 2016. Matt and his wife are tried-and true Chicago Bears fans and also volunteer their free time helping at local dog rescues.
Keith is a hospitality management professional with a record of success in the restaurant industry. He comes to The Country Club of the South from Zocalo Mexican Kitchen & Cantina where he was the General Manager for three years. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, bowling, and golfing. Keith received his business management degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and currently resides in Woodstock with his wife Taytum and two girls Ruby and Scarlett.
