The strength circuit class is a full body workout engaging your legs, arms and core through multiple forms of resistance (stretch bands, body weight, dumbbells, medicine balls, etc.). The strength circuit will be held inside and outside depending on weather and will be structured similar each week, including a dynamic warm-up and cool-down.
Beginner Level Interval Training
Join us for Anthony's engaging interval training class that incorporates cardio and resistance training for specific burst of time. Interval training requires periods of time giving hard effort with a rest and recovery period of time between each burst of energy. This class is available to anyone and everyone, starting at the beginner level and can be scaled up for those more experienced.
Special Group Exercise Programs
Each Class may include and incorporate any of the following. All yoga classes are built for the beginner level and can be scaled up for those with more experience.
