We have two beautiful glass-enclosed racquetball courts. Reservations are required and goggles must be worn at all times. Dark-soled shoes are not allowed on the courts at any time.
Our personal training staff is here to help you get the most out of your workout. Our certified trainers can provide you with instruction and direction to help you reach your fitness goals. Training sessions are also a great way to continue training after an injury or physical therapy, as well as for the prevention of injuries. First Fridays @ 9
This class is held only on the first Friday of the month at 9 am. On the first Friday, there will be no regularly scheduled 9 am Cardio/Weight Combo. There's just one class with 90 minutes of anything and everything. You'll feel ready for the weekend after this one.
Strengthen and tone the muscles and the heart and blast calories. This class includes a variety of exercises that may include step, kickboxing, spinning, hand weights, balls and bands to work all major muscle groups while alternating cardio with resistance.
Core & Stretch
We will warm up with moves for the core to strengthen and support. As we cool down we'll use the foam rollers to release any tension and finish with a total body stretch. 45 minutes
This is 30 minutes of the Instructor's choice of cardiovascular exercise: spin, kickboxing, low-impact floor aerobics, etc.
All things low impact! We might dance, kickbox, maybe some old school floor aerobics, but we'll definitely have fun! 45 minutes

Designed for exercisers of all ages and fitness levels. If you are interested in weight management, cardiovascular fitness and endurance training, this is the right class for you. Please be sure to bring your water bottle.
An intense blend of exercises designed to keep your heart pumping and your muscles working. This class will consist of timed stations where you will focus on working your hardest for a set amount of time. The moves may be basic, but the intensity will be challenging! 45 minutes
This cardio fitness class shapes and tones the legs, improves coordination, bone density, posture and agility. It's suitable for anyone who wants an energetic and exciting results-oriented workout. This 45-minute class is best for those with prior step experience.
Strengthen & Lengthen
This 45-minute lighter version of our Weight Training class is designed for the beginner or those who prefer a slower pace. We'll finish class with a deep, 15-minute stretch to increase range of motion and flexibility.
This is a strength training class designed to give you a total body workout without having to think about it. We'll cover every major muscle group.
