Mikayla Ellis, born and raised in Connecticut, grew up by the sea, and went on to the mountains of Vermont where she attended Northern Vermont University. Studying Hospitality & Tourism Management, she went on to work for The Club at Spruce Peak in Stowe, Vermont. Where she was supervising the Food & Beverage operations of two Golf Courses, and one luxury slope-slide Ski Club. In her free time, studies up on the latest Mixology trends, and loves exploring with her dog, Sully.
Chef Ashley was raised in Boston, Massachusetts, moved to Florida in 2000 and graduated from Culinary Art School at Johnson & Wales North Miami 2005. She has 23 years of cooking experience, working for corporate and non-corporate restaurants as well as for hotels and casinos. Prior to Hawkstone Country Club, she worked at Jacksonville Country Club and Mark’s Prime Steakhouse as executive chef.
