Golfer's Fitness Class

Golfer's Fitness Class with JOSH! WHAT IT IS: In this class we identify areas that might be restricting their swing or causing swing defaults, we by no means coach on swing we leave that to the golf pros, but we focus on the way the body moves when playing, with that in mind we are able to hone in on specific work outs. We find that golfers typically need a lot of hip mobility which is why our classes are designed to increase distance and decrease injury. One of the most common injuries with golfers is low back pain which is typically the cause of being tight in the hips or in the thoracic spine those are two areas we work a lot on. WHAT IT IS: In this class we identify areas that might be restricting their swing or causing swing defaults, we by no means coach on swing we leave that to the golf pros, but we focus on the way the body moves when playing, with that in mind we are able to hone in on specific work outs. We find that golfers typically need a lot of hip mobility which is why our classes are designed to increase distance and decrease injury. One of the most common injuries with golfers is low back pain which is typically the cause of being tight in the hips or in the thoracic spine those are two areas we work a lot on. We find that golfers typically need a lot of hip mobility which is why our classes are designed to increase distance and decrease injury. One of the most common injuries with golfers is low back pain which is typically the cause of being tight in the hips or in the thoracic spine those are two areas we work a lot on.
