We are thrilled to announce brand new fitness equipment will be arriving at your club in the Fall of 2021! This $300,000 addition to your Fitness Center includes Peloton bikes, Wexer Virtual Fitness (allows Members to take virtual fitness classes in the group exercise room), top of the line Matrix cardio and strength equipment (the cardio machines are touchscreen enabled), and TRX equipment.

It's never been a better time to stay fit at Oak Pointe! The equipment is projected to arrive between September, 28th and October, 5th. We will update the membership when we receive confirmation of the equipment delivery and installation. Class Schedule & Descriptions

 

Monday:

5:30am 

Kick Fit - High energy advanced class that combines aerobic kickboxing moves, balance work, weights and intense drills.  

9:00am 

Cycle - The perfect endurance movement for those interested in cross training and building cardiovascular strength and endurance. Ride at your own level with the guidance and encouragement of a certified instructor. A variety of simulated terrains include: level ground, jumps, hills as well as high-intensity interval training. All fitness levels  

10:00am 

Piloxing Barre-  All fitness levels. The classic barre workout with a modern twist. This program takes traditional ballet moves and throws in pilates and boxing.  

 

Tuesday:

9:00am 

Triple Threat-  45 minute dynamic circuit training class that blends resistance, cardiovascular, & high-intensity interval training.  

 

Wednesday:

5:30am

Boot Camp -  A high-intensity, full body workout. This class incorporates dynamic movements to push your limits using dumbbells, bars, kettlebells, etc. With varied intervals and multi-directional movements which help develop more cardiovascular conditioning and functional strength. The workouts vary week by week.  

9:00am

Yoga - Great for all yogis! This slow-flow style of movement builds on basic foundational yoga postures to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. 

10:00am

Cardio & Core

6:00pm

Yogalates - A hybrid of Stott Pilates and Yoga poses creating a flow that targets all major muscle groups. Emphasis on core and maintaining a constant breath throughout the practice as well as implementing stretches during the warm-up, work and cool down phases of the practice. All levels  

 

Thursday

9:00am

Booty Builder-  A concentrated workout focused on developing and toning your glutes to stabilize and strengthen your body. The use of a PILOXING Booty Power Bands (2 different resistance strengths) and a unique Grip Pad is required.  

 

Friday

5:30am

Spin -  A highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Challenging 60-minute ride with fun energizing music. All fitness levels 

9:00am

Sweat & Chisel-  Total body workout. Interval based class combining full-body strength training and high intensity cardio bursts. All fitness levels
